   The corniche is a must see spot when visiting Beirut. If you go on a weekend or a holiday, you are bound to find a lot of people fishing on the railways of the corniche and it is interesting to see them catching fish in a city and that is what I enjoyed the most about it; the contrast between city life and tall buildings and people fishing.
