Welcome to The Royal London Hospital. We are a internationally renowned teaching hospital. Our hospital is home to one of the largest children's hospitals in the UK and London's Air Ambulance. We are one of London's leading trauma and emergency care centres and hyper-acute stroke centres.
The Royal London Hospital is a large teaching hospital in Whitechapel in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. It is part of Barts Health NHS Trust. It provides district general hospital services for the City of London and Tower Hamlets and specialist tertiary care services for patients from across London and elsewhere.

The Royal London Hospital - our history. The London Hospital was granted a Royal title by HM Queen Elizabeth II in 1990 to celebrate the 250th anniversary of its opening on the Whitechapel site allowing it to be known as The Royal London Hospital.
