Todd and Riley come home early from school to find out that their parents have been replaced with two "perfect" parents. Todd and Riley think Conrad is out to get them, so they go with Tasumi, Shelton, Jacobo, and C.A.R. to Fleemco Headquarters to find out why.
Riley and Todd, can replace any adult in their life by making a simple call to the Fleemco company.
Scoutleader Susan, leader of Riley's troupe, is such a stickler for the rules, they could never possibly win. So Riley calls Fleemco for a replacement, someone who knows how to sell and won't get caught up in a lot of little rules.
