Current Singles Format
ROUND ONE 8 questions, all worth 1 point are asked to both competitors. The competitors will answer the question by writing their answers on the whiteboards in as little time as possible before getting a 5 second countdown. If the competitor doesn’t get the answer right, no points will be awarded. ROUND TWO Each competitor will spin a wheel with 14 categories listed. Singles
The Singles league is the Flagship league of the Movie Trivia Schmoedown. Matches air every Friday. There are currently three subdivisions in the Singles league, The Main division, featuring all-around movie trivia, The InnerGeekdomdivision, featuring Marvel, DC, Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter movie trivia, and the Star Wars division.
Teams
The Team league has matches air every Tuesday.
There are currently four annual events, Free 4 All in April, Collider Collision in July, Ultimate Schmoedown Tournament in September, and the Schmoedown Spectacularin December.
