A phishing email is an email that appears legitimate but is actually an attempt to get your personal information or steal your money. Some deceptive emails appear to be from a safe sender but, in fact, have a "spoofed" source address to fool you. Here are some ways to deal with phishing and spoofing scams in Outlook.com.
1. What is harassment? Harassment (also known as cyber harassment) is the use of email, instant messaging, and websites to bully or harass an individual or group through personal attacks. Harassment can be in the form of derogatory or insulting comments made in chat rooms, e-mail, block postings or comments on social networking sites.
To report an email as phishing or junk: Select the email you'd like to report. Tap (...) at the top of the screen. Select "Report Junk" from the dropdown menu. You can then select whether it is Junk, Phishing, or if you'd like to Block Sender.

If you think that your Microsoft account has been hacked, we recommend that you reset your password right away. It's a good idea to choose a password that you don't use elsewhere. To change your password, go to the Security section at: Microsoft account.
How to enable automatic forwarding in new Outlook. At the top of the page, select Settings . Select Mail > Forwarding . Toggle the Enable forwarding switch, enter the forwarding email address, and click Save.
