The Smoggies is a 1989-1990 animated children's television show by Cinar. The show took place on or around the fictional Coral Island, and revolved around a group of island-dwelling people called the Suntots and a trio of polluting treasure hunters called the Smoggies.
The Smoggies, known as Stop the Smoggies in the US, is a Canadian cartoon produced by CINAR for Global Television Network. The Smoggies, consisting of the vain, bossy Emma, the brilliant, henpecked Clarence, and the musclebound, childlike Polluto, are a trio of treasure hunters with no regards for the environment.
