Grace Under Fire is an American sitcom that aired on ABC from September 29, 1993, to February 17, 1998. The show starred Brett Butler [1] as a single mother learning how to cope with raising her three children alone after finally divorcing her abusive husband.
TV-PG. After divorcing her abusive husband, single mother Grace becomes one of the two first women hired at the local oil refinery. She is called away on her first day of work when her oldest, Quentin, gets into a fight at school. Grace's friend sets her up with Russell, a pharmacist also coming out of a bad marriage.
