Fox as Mike Flaherty, the Deputy Mayor of New York.

Oct 24, 2000 · A bizarre emergency puts the Mayor’s staff members’ holiday plans on hold. Charlie gets a dose of his own medicine from a woman; Paul, Carter and Stuart vie for the chance to accompany the Mayor to New Orleans. Charlie’s workload threatens to overwhelm him. Stuart plays matchmaker for Carter.
