Michael Scofield is imprisoned in Fox River State Penitentiary. He finds his brother, Lincoln Burrows, who is a death row prisoner, and tells him that he is going to break them both out of the prison.
Michael, Lincoln and the other inmates make a break for it. The inmates take flight outside the prison walls, risking life and limb to evade capture. Due to a political conspiracy, an innocent man is framed for the death of the vice president's brother.
This action-packed show follows Michael Scofield as he goes to prison to try to save the life of his only brother Lincoln, who is on death row for a crime he didn’t commit.
