The S.W.A.T. team is deployed for a hostage-rescue mission at a maximum-security prison. Meanwhile, Deacon's wife, Annie, suffers a stroke while visiting the precinct. During the aftermath of the operation, Hondo confronts the prison warden over the lack of procedural integrity.
A massive fight in side the CDCR, as three different gangs have taken over three different sections of the prison. Hondo informs his team they have access to the control room and the armory.
