Doug Mulaney is a minor antagonist in Halloween Ends, the third and final installment of the 2018 timeline of John Carpenter's Halloween franchise. He was portrayed by actor Jesse C. Boyd, who played Edward in The Walking Dead TV series.
Based on the looks, I kinda thought the lady who was stabbed through the throat in H18 was a Mulaney. They had the nurse/doctor couple in H18 and used them in HK so I wouldn't be surprised if she was meant to tie in to the third film (originally meant to take place on the same night)
