Feb 3, 2021 · A native of Delaware, Ohio, Frank Packard began his architecture practice in Columbus in 1889/90. He would likely be considered Ohio’s most prolific and best known architect. Sadly, he died of a cerebral hemorrhage at age 57 in 1923.
