Jin Donghan. Jin Donghan ( Chinese: 金东寒; born 1961) is a Chinese ship engineer and the current president of Tianjin University. He is an alternate member of the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and 19th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party .
Professor Jin Donghan was born in January 1961. He began to work in September 1984. He is a member of Chinese Academy of Engineering. Professor Jin worked as the President of Shanghai University from June 2015 to May 2019 and Party Secretary of Shanghai University from September 2017 to May 2019.
