Address: Nada-ku, Higashinada-ku and Kita-ku, Kobe-shi. Take the funicular from the Rokko Sanjo Station on the Rokko Cable Line. You can also access Mount Rokko via the Shin-Kobe Ropeway or the Rokko Arima Ropeway.
