Nampa ( / ˈnæmpə / ⓘ) is the most populous city in Canyon County, Idaho, United States. The population was 100,200 at the 2020 census. [3] It is Idaho's 3rd most populous city. Nampa is about 20 miles (32 km) west of Boise along Interstate 84, and 6 miles (9.7 km) west of Meridian.

- Canyon County Historical Nampa Train Depot Museum. The palatial Nampa Depot is a preserved former passenger station, built in 1903 on the Oregon Short Line Railroad.
- Lake Lowell. Forming Nampa’s western boundary is an expansive water reservoir, dammed in 1908 to provide irrigation to farms in Canyon County. Lake Lowell is one of the largest off-stream reservoirs in the Northwest, but is also a key breeding area for a variety of mammals and birds, and so is encircled by the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge.
- Ford Idaho Center. One asset that brings a lot of visitors to Nampa is this massive complex of sports and entertainment venues in the northeast of the city.
- The Warhawk Air Museum. The Warwick Air Museum in Nampa is a fun place filled with aircraft memorabilia and even full-sized planes. The museum’s founders, Sue and John Paul, began their collection when people began to bring them air history artifacts while John was working on restoring planes in his hangar.
- Nampa Historic Train Depot. Write smack in the middle of downtown Nampa you’ll find the train depot. The Nampa Depot, which opened in 1903, hasn’t had train activity for almost a century.
- Sawtooth Winery and Tasting Room. Located in Snake River Valley, Sawtooth Winery has received national acclaim for its excellent varieties, including Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Merlot.
