Media Addicts Anonymous is a fellowship of individuals joined together in recovery from the compulsive use of media in all its forms. We offer daily meetings and closed 12 Step study groups for addiction to television, news, streaming, internet, tech, video, gaming, porn, fantasy, and music.
Do you find you are restless, moody, depressed, or irritable when attempting to control media use? Have you ever lied to family members, therapists, or others to conceal your involvement with media programs? Do you avoid being in nature and prefer to stay indoors alone with your media.
