Anna Mahler. After studying art in Europe during the 1920s and sculpture with Fritz Wotruba in 1930, Mahler became an established sculptor and was awarded the Grand Prix in Paris in 1937. She worked in stone and also produced bronze heads of many notable musicians and composers.
