BlueScope advises that the acquisition of the Coil Coatings business from Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc completed on 28 June 2022, USA time. The transaction was completed on terms entered into, and announced, on 11 April 2022.
BlueScope Coated Products was established in June 2022. It is the second largest metal painter in the US, with a total capacity of around 900,000 tonnes per annum across seven facilities.
