College Creek Beach. Location: Colonial National Historical Pkwy, Williamsburg, VA 23185. This beachfront is just eight minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg by car. It sits on a small inlet formed by the James River and the smaller College Creek. This river is not suitable to swim in – the current is much too strong.
