Apr 28, 2009 · Considering putting on a set of Gabriel #43048 overload springs/shocks on the rear of my 2WD 86 Toyota LB pickup (I have a fairly light weight fiberglass topper on it).Thought these might help when I load the truck up with mulch/dirt, etc. Anyone have any experience with this combo?
May 16, 2011. #1. Just thought I'd post some pics of my old mountaineer in case someone is on the fence about these gabriel spring shocks. I figured after 180K it was about time to replace the factory shocks and came across these shocks at jcwhitney (and found them for $40 less at autozone later....).
