Jenness State Beach is a great family location with an Atlantic ocean-front setting - its sandy beach is ideal for swimming and picnicking. Amenities at the beach include a bathhouse. Metered parking is available for 67 cars.
There is parking and the bathrooms are there as well. If you actually go past the state park entrance parking lot, further up past the general store on the left, you can park between the signs on either side. Use Cable Road to get beach access to walk to the beach, its a short street, beautiful, hard packed sand.

This 1.3-acre beach on the Atlantic Ocean is a family favorite and can get crowded on hot days in the summer. Open from April through October, the sandy beach is the perfect spot for picnicking, fishing, and swimming, with lifeguards on duty between 10 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. each day.
Jenness State Beach opens full-time for the season in early May and closes at the end of October.
