   • The Chinese pizza was fluffy like a pastry, and food arrived cold. Waste of $55. Never again. Try elsewhere, johnny change is a awful Chinese food place. This use to be my usual go to for delivery. I had not ordered from here in a while. I ordered delivery a few days back and was pretty dissapointed.

   Dec 31, 2019 · Johnny Chang's is my all time favorite in South Philly! I had both of their Chinese and Japanese dishes and they never disappoint me. Their general tso's chicken and rainbow roll is a must try! Deliveries are within an hour but I recommend dining in for the full experience!
