Leon Rippy (born 30 October 1949; age 74) is the actor who portrayed L.Q. Clemonds in the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episode "The Neutral Zone". Rippy also appeared in The Patriot, starring Mel Gibson and featuring René Auberjonois and Jason Isaacs.
