Mad TV (stylized as MADtv) is an American sketch comedy television series created by David Salzman, Fax Bahr, and Adam Small. Loosely based on the humor magazine Mad, Mad TV's pre-taped satirical sketches were primarily parodies of popular culture and occasionally politics.

- Ike Barinholtz. One of the latest additions to the cast on this list is Ike Barinholtz. He wasn't always known for his original characters, but he was still a safe bet for a laugh with his impersonations.
- Debra Wilson. Debra Wilson had one of the longer runs on the show, lasting from 1995 until 2003. She was most known for her original characters like annoying Latina Melina and blaxploitation actress Cocoa Lafette.
- Nicole Sullivan. Another original cast member, Nicole Sullivan is almost synonymous with the series. She often appeared alongside Debra Wilson in sketches to make for a hilarious tag team, mainly when they played Latina best friends Lida and Melina.
- Aries Spears. Aries Spears was the second-longest tenured member of the Mad TV cast, lasting from 1997 until 2005. It's almost impossible to name all of his great characters during that run.
- Alex Borstein. One of MADtv's most memorable cast members, Alex Borstein became known for her popular recurring characters such as Mrs. Swan and Eracist Anne.
- Ike Barinholtz. During his time on MADtv, Ike Barinholtz was one of the more popular cast members, thanks to characters like Abercrombie & Fitch model Dutch and his celebrity impersonations.
- Nicole Sullivan. Nicole Sullivan was an original MADtv cast member and introduced several characters during her six seasons on the show. Her most popular character was the emotionally abusive Vancome Lady, who appeared in the very first episode of MADtv.
- Keegan-Michael Key. MADtv was already well-established when a then-unknown Keegan-Michael Key was cast for the show's ninth season. Key's turn on the sketch show was notable for his character of the enraged Coach Hines, and for his various celebrity impersonations.
