Flowers not delivered and not notified. I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend going through trauma. Tracking said flowers delivered on due day. I checked with friend and they didn’t arrive. I contacted M&S and was told they were damaged so not delivered. They hadn’t bothered to let me know. I was offered a refund only.
