Sep 9, 2023 · This app worked for me. I also don't know how this was possible but nerva did help me. I have ibs and was struggling really bad. I think if most if your ibs symptoms is triggered by anxiety then this app can help you navigate your thoughts and emotions in a way that keeps the gut protected. I finished the programme but I still use it.

As I said, I suspect that the app can work for most not on the diet, but it should advise against using it if on the Low FODMAP until it can give advice on how to safely reintroduce foods.
