Mar 9, 2024 · TRICARE Online Patient Portal (TOL PP) Decommissioning Update. As of 9 March 2024, all sites have transitioned to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal (MHSG PP). Use MHSG PP for online healthcare requests: Secure Messaging: Go to MHSG PP Messaging tab to message your Provider team.
PURPOSE: To allow you to view and manage you and your family's appointments at military hospitals and clinics, refill prescriptions, and view your personal health data through TRICARE Online.
The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is a secure website for 24/7 access to your healthcare information, including managing appointments, and exchanging messages with the healthcare team anytime and anywhere. This Patient Portal replaces TRICARE Online Patient Portal and Secure Messaging.
To log in you'll need a: Common Access Card (CAC), DFAS (MyPay) Account, or. DoD Self-Service Logon (DS Logon) account. Note: When you log in or register on any of these partner sites, you're leaving the TRICARE Website. Last Updated 12/5/2023. Access your secure login portal.
