Jun 17, 2021 · Starting June 21, 2021, USA Gymnastics will no longer accept mail/fax application forms for non-athlete memberships. Only athlete members will have the option to either mail/fax membership applications for in-house processing, or to purchase/renew their membership online. All other memberships must be purchased online.
Click on the Member Services tab. This will show you your menu options for your current type of membership. If you are wanting to access your personal membership, click on "My Membership" and the following page will display your membership info. I've already made a username and password.
