To return or exchange merchandise purchased on anthropologie.com, our iOS app, or by phone, please follow the easy steps below! Please note, merchandise purchased in our stores can only be returned to a store.
We offer fast and free returns in our UK stores for most items* purchased at anthropologie.com/en-gb. You will need to provide the dispatch email with your order number when making the return. Your refund will be returned to your original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.
To return merchandise purchased by phone or on anthropologie.com, please use one of the following methods. Please note that all product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
Anthropologie is not responsible for shipping fees, lost returns or lost exchanges. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. Nov 4, 2023 · Initiating a return with Anthropologie is straightforward. You have 60 days from the day you receive the item to inform Anthropologie and start a return. Follow the provided instructions for returning your item by post.
Once your order has arrived, it will be held for 7 days. If you miss the 7-day window, unfortunately, your order will be cancelled. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned order at our warehouse. Please note: A $5.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Mar 5, 2024 · According to Anthropologie’s return policy, every item purchased from Anthropologie can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 60 days of purchase and delivery. If an item is returned after 60 days, a credit for the original purchase price will be granted.
Original sales receipt or Anthro Perks lookup is required for all returns or exchanges. If you are unable to get to a store, please contact the store nearest you to arrange a return by mail, and a merchandise gift card will be issued.
