Arvydas Romas Sabonis (Lithuanian pronunciation: [ˈaːrviːdaːs ˈsaːboːnʲɪs]; born 19 December 1964) is a Lithuanian former professional basketball player and businessman. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest European players of all time and one of the best big-man passers in the history of the game.
For the Lithuanian, playing in the league wasn't really on top of his mind. However, with four kids who play basketball, Arvydas said he pursued the NBA because of them.
