Ashley Rose Joens (/ ˈ dʒ oʊ n z / Jones; born March 16, 2000) is an American professional basketball player who most recently played for the Phoenix Mercury in the WNBA. She played her college basketball at Iowa State Cyclones of the Big 12 Conference. She plays both the small forward and shooting guard positions.

Ashley Joens reached the 3,000-point milestone Saturday and helped lead the Iowa State women's basketball team to the Big 12 championship game with a 82-72 upset of Oklahoma.
