Yes and no, I think there is an unconscious bias at play, even if it's not overt in some cases. My impression is that Beth Mowins has attracted more criticism here than her male counterparts, even Jon Sciambi, and she has not called as many games as them.

Does anyone really want to hear a female trying to sound "hard" with a low, husky sounding voice call a big-time game? If ESPN wants to do "woke", couldn't they put her on a lesser game like Marshall @ N. Texas?
