María Rosario Navarro "Charo" Santos-Concio (born October 27, 1955), (Tagalog: [ˈtʃaɾɔ ˈsɐntɔs ˈkɔnʃo]), is a Filipino media executive and actress. She is the host of Maalaala Mo Kaya, the longest-running television drama anthology in Asia.

Santos-Concio was born the second of six children of Winifredo Santos, a physician, and Nora Navarro. One of her siblings is Malou, the head of Star Cinema. She is married to businessman Cesar Rafael Concio Jr. and together they have two sons, Francis and Martin, and two granddaughters.
