    I was in Santa Barbara and decided to take a drive and eat at Cold Spring Tavern. I've seen and heard so many positive reviews on the Restaurant. I can tell you the parking is an extremely limited first come first serve basis. Good luck parking along the highway and walking safely to the Restaurant.
