Dallas City Hall is the seat of municipal government of the city of Dallas, Texas, United States. It is located at 1500 Marilla Street in the Government District of downtown Dallas. The current building, the city's fifth city hall, was completed in 1978 and replaced the Dallas Municipal Building.

Designed by architect I.M. Pei & Partners, Dallas City Hall is one of the city's most unique buildings. The seven acre plaza boasts sculptures by Henry Moore, a large reflecting pool and fountain, and three distinct flagpoles, flying the United States, Texas, and city's flags.
Construction of the new Dallas City Hall commenced on June 26, 1972, under the direction of contractor Robert E. McKee and Pei. The project was completed in three phases. The City accepted the garage parking areas in November 1974, the Park Plaza in May 1976, and the building in December 1977.
Contributing much-needed open space to the center city and serving as a catalyst for future development, the boldly horizontal building, designed in deliberate contrast to surrounding high-rises, makes City Hall inseparable from its official life and functions.
