David Charles Lowery (born September 10, 1960) is an American guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, mathematician, and activist. He is the founder of the alternative rock band Camper Van Beethoven and the co-founder of Cracker, a more traditional rock band.
David will be performing a solo acoustic set from his home in Athens GA. He will be featuring songs from his last three solo albums as well as a sneak preview of new songs from the next installment. There may also be a few Cracker and Camper Van Beethoven songs thrown in. Buy tickets here:

In 1991, Lowery moved on to the ensemble Cracker, which produced three, top ten alternative/rock radio tracks and three platinum albums. During this time he produced a variety of albums, including albums for critically acclaimed and commercially successful artists, such as The Counting Crows, LP and Sparklehorse.
