- Lea Michele as Rachel Berry. Lea Michele led the talented Glee pack as student diva Rachel Berry, which earned her an Emmy nomination in 2010. She later scored a role on Glee creator Ryan Murphy's follow-up project, Scream Queens.
- Jane Lynch as Sue Sylvester. Although Jane Lynch found Hollywood success long before Glee, the show increased her star power and helped her land her own series, Angel from Hell, in addition to stints on Criminal Minds and The Stinky and Dirty Show.
