Beautiful lake and beautiful falls. My wife and I have experience hiking in the Trinity Alps and found this trail to be challenging. The first 4 miles from the trailhead are the most challenging with the trail along Grizzley Creek and even the scramble up to the falls to be much less of a slog than the steep initial sections.
