Sep 26, 2022 · House of the Dragon season 1, episode 6 recasts Alicent Hightower and Rhaenyra Targaryen, and there are a couple of reasons why it changes actors. Milly Alcock and Emily Carey played Rhaenyra and Alicent, respectively, throughout House of the Dragon 's first five episodes, and did an incredible job doing so.
