All classes finish at 12 noon on Saturday. See the menu for lists of classes and tutors. The Summer School events run from Saturday 20 th until Saturday 27 th July 2024 inclusive.
Summer School Events. In addition to the daily classes, there is also a programme of events throughout the week, including workshops, concerts and ceilithe. There is also impromptu music, singing and set dancing sessions at various locations around the town.
The Joe Mooney Summer School draws people by the hundreds, from Ireland and from around the world to experience the week long intensive training sessions and concerts hosted by Drumshanbo's Community Centre and the magnificent Ramada Lough Allen Hotel.
