The primary character of Josh is direct satire of Hannibal Lecter. This monster got locked up in Juvie Hall for TP'ing over six hundred houses in less than a year. Officer Barbrady turned to him for help in solving a local TP incident in Toilet Paper (703), but it only lead to his escape.
