KAREN CRONER. MIXED MEDIA SCULPTURE. BASED IN PORTLAND, OREGON. My recent sculptures are portraits in mixed media. Each piece begins with a wire armature, then some papier-mâché. I work with paper clay, fabric, and plaster to create texture and features. I use both acrylic and casein paints.
