Mar 14, 2022 · Kering Eyewear, a global luxury eyewear company, has signed an agreement to buy Maui Jim, the world’s largest independent high-end eyewear brand with a Hawaiian heritage and a patented lens technology. The acquisition will expand Kering Eyewear’s portfolio and geographical footprint, and complement its existing brands such as Gucci, Cartier and Lindberg.
