She began her career as a model at the age of 14 years but after eight years, decided to pursue her passion for acting and approached a talent agency. Soon after her acting career began in 2002 with a guest role on Soul Food. She is best known as Charlie Marks in the television series The Listener.

Charlie Marks was a detective working for the police. Through this she ran into Toby.
Charlie walks into St. Luke's Hospital to investigate a crash victim named Anna Sokur. Unable to get information out of her, Charlie leaves and runs into the paramedic, Toby Logan who saved her from the car. Toby asks her if there was a child in the car, and Charlie says no. Throughout the Season Toby becomes close to Charlie, he tells her his secret at first she is upset feeling he is violating people but eventually she learns to understand and trust him and they begin to work together on cases.
In The Journey, Charlie looks into the person who is looking for Toby. Toby later calls her for help, and she comes to his aid, getting shot as a result. While she is shown to have initially survived following emergency surgery at the conclusion of the episode (though in critical condition), Toby, Oz, and Olivia share a toast to Charlie's memory in the Season 2 premiere episode, Lady in the Lake, indicating she succumbed to her injuries. Which is made clear in S2 E2 when Michelle and Dev are looking into Toby
Lisa Marcos is a Canadian actress who portrays Charlie Marks in the series The Listener. She has made appearances on shows like Bones, Flashpoint, and CSI.
