The Lollipop Guild was a group of Munchkins in the Munchkin Country, who welcomed Dorothy Gale to Oz with song and dance upon her arrival, in the 1939 movie. Since then they have also appeared, and been referenced in other Oz-related sources.
The members of the Lollipop Guild are all male, and all have huge lollipops. The song they sing to Dorothy goes as follows:
After their song, they retreat into the crowd of Munchkins. ("The Wizard of Oz")

I just took my kids to see an 85th anniversary showing of The Wizard of Oz, and one part of the film really stuck out: the lollipop guild. To recap, Dorothy's house lands in Munchkin land, crushing the wicked witch who had been oppressing the Munchkins.
Jerry Maren (born Gerard Marenghi; January 24, 1920 – May 24, 2018) was an American actor who played a Munchkin member of the Lollipop Guild in the 1939 Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer film The Wizard of Oz.
