Apr 27, 2019 · So, I have been using MCA Selector which is a third party chunk program which allows one to delete, filter, export and import chunks, and the github page doesn't say much in terms of how to import and export chunks. Does anyone understand how they work?
Mar 15, 2023 · MCA selector is a good tool. You can select chunks that you have spent little time in and reset them as if they were never discovered. Since mojang has changed how their seeds blend between new updates, it is unlikely that you will get chunk errors, but not impossible.

Dec 24, 2021 · MCA Selector: https://github.com/Querz/mcaselector. The program is easy to use, but the changes are irreversible, so make a world backup first! I used a filter to select all chunks that were inhabited for less than 15 minutes, then went through and did some polishing, kept some landmarks, and then deleted the rest.
Jun 13, 2024 · MCA Selector will now reset the chunk's Status field back to features after deleting sections to force Minecraft to recalculate any lighting data in that chunk. Added error handlers for all multithreaded jobs to make sure that the progress bar doesn't get stuck and to catch any uncaught exceptions.
