Minder is an 80s classic that follows the adventures of the wiley businessman Arthur Daley, always on the lookout for a nice little earner, and ably assisted by Terry McCann, his trusty (although sometimes reluctant) minder.
Minder is a British comedy-drama series about the London criminal underworld. Initially produced by Verity Lambert, it was made by Euston Films, a subsidiary of Thames Television, and shown on ITV for ten series between 29 October 1979 and 10 March 1994. The series was revived by Channel 5 in 2009 but was discontinued after only six episodes.

Archie Daley's a bit of a rogue, always up for some dodgy dealings in the hope of making a nice little earner, but sometimes it can cause him to lose his moral compass, which is where Jamie usually steps in to put him right.
