Jun 7, 2024 · Select Login to My Oracle Support. Use the account credentials you just created to log in. Once logged in, locate the dropdown featuring your name along the upper-right and select My Account. In the Support Identifiers section, select Request Access.
My Oracle Support enables you to track your requests and reach out to relevant support teams who can prioritize and resolve your requests faster. If you’ve purchased Oracle Cloud services, then use My Oracle Support (MOS) to log your service requests.
