There are two core lockups of the Patreon logo and wordmark. The horizontal version (below, left) is always preferred, while the vertical lockup (below, right) should only be used when space is limited. Don't create logo and wordmark pairings outside of our guidelines. It hinders brand recognition. Don’t use the logo in a word or sentence.
