Feb 18, 2023 · Basically it's when you cast a mantra and left click at the start of the mantra. It supposedly removes the wind-up of the mantra (idk if actually does), but it's only really somewhat useful if you have some talents that proc on perfect cast like eureka, haunted gale, or jolt cast.

4 months ago I made a poll about perfect casting. If you click during the windup of a mantra you will perfect cast, triggering effects of the ether adept cards and some mantras have bonus effects, such as flame grab being shorter range but (I assume) higher amage.
